InnovateED works collaboratively with school leaders to further develop awareness, clarity and readiness to transform school structures, systems and practices. The four Foundational Leadership Services are:

Transformative Leadership – applying instructional, organizational and change leadership to maximize results in your school and district
Instructional Leadership Team Development – building capacity to execute site-based implementation plans
The Art of Formative Feedback – using instructional rounds to guide teaching, learning and structured collaboration
Performance-based Coaching – working collaboratively with site administrators and teacher leaders to develop a systematic approach to leading change and improving practices

The outcome is to develop the capacity of site administrators and teacher leaders to assess site level needs based upon college and career readiness indicators, craft an implementation plan and develop leadership capacity to transform practices through monitoring and formative feedback that guides the necessary changes in teaching and learning.
