Developing the attributes of college and career readiness (standards mastery, higher order skills, real world application and academic behaviors) requires personalized graduation plans, spanning from grade eight to freshmen year of college, with a focus on student placement, monitoring progress toward course sequence completion and career planning with interventions along the continuum.

Student support is aligned with critical transition points (grade 3, 5, 8, 10 and 12) of college and career readiness through performance outcomes and student attributes. InnovateED will work with you to ensure the creation and the implementation of these essential structures occurs.
