Relevance: We believe it is essential to develop 21st century learners. This is generally defined by students obtaining critical thinking skills, academic behaviors and a cognitive understanding of key academic content. All of our support and implementation services are aligned with college and career readiness indicators thus being relevant for state and federal accountability. Our services focus on implementing evidence-based practices so that real, sustainable change occurs. This learning must happen at multiple levels, district & school administrators, teachers and students. That is why our services focus on these three groups. Finally, we know that this level of change cannot occur in a vacuum and requires community support and commitment which is why we work to create community partnerships for college and career success.

The other way in which we are relevant is our team of consultants. We believe that real change occurs when the learner feels that the trainer has a comprehensive understanding of their issues. That is why all of our trainers are either recently retired from the system or are current, successful practitioners. Our trainers are of you; they are or have recently experienced many of the challenges you face and have utilized methods to successfully impact student learning and staff performance.

Research: All of our services and trainings are backed by evidence-based practices. We do not jump on the bandwagon with the latest trends in education but instead take a “back to basics” approach on what works and is sustainable. We focus on utilizing data in short cycles, engaging instruction, effective collaboration and formative feedback, and implementing a relevant, rigorous and accessible master schedule so that all students develop the skills to be successful in their chosen path.

Results: The team at InnovateED believes they should be held accountable just like your school or district is held accountable. This is even more true during difficult economic times when resources are tight making each expenditure very important. We began our company based upon wanting to close the “implementation gap” – making certain that professional learning is implemented with fidelity, feedback and support. The great thing is our goals and accountability mirror yours so it is in our mutual best interest to ensure positive change happens.
