The traditional role of counselors focuses on student placement and social/emotional support. We believe that the role must transform to providing pathways for students coupled with the essential support needed in order for the student to be prepared for success in college and career. The goal is to ensure that students and their families have a roadmap and clear understanding of how to navigate through this process.
